How to maintain hydraulic lifting platform
Hydraulic lifting platforms Maintenance. How to maintain hydraulic lifting platforms is a very important topic. Proper maintenance and upkeep of hydraulic lifting platforms can extend their service life, improve their usability, and increase efficiency.
The use and maintenance of hydraulic lifting platforms are divided into two parts: one is the year-end maintenance of the elevator, and the other is the monthly maintenance. The effects of these two maintenance are different, and the effects are also different during use.
Year end maintenance
Check all hydraulic pipelines and joints. The pipeline must not be damaged, and the joints must not be loose. All joints must be tightened. Remove and dismantle the elevator lowering valve, blow the plunger clean with compressed air, then install it and reinstall it. Drain the hydraulic oil completely and discard it. Tighten the joint and remove the oil filter. After cleaning, clean it with compressed air, then return it to the oil tank and connect the pipeline. Replace with new oil and do not continue to use old oil. Otherwise, the moving parts in the hydraulic lift system will accelerate wear and tear.
Monthly maintenance
Check for wear on the hydraulic lifting platform rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings, cylinder pin shafts and bearings, arm hinge shafts and bearings, etc. Add some lubricating oil to each part to extend the service life of the elevator bearings. The quality and level of hydraulic oil. The elevator rises throughout the entire process, and at this position, the hydraulic floor should be 40-50 millimeters above the bottom of the box. If the hydraulic oil becomes dull, sticky, or contains foreign objects such as gravel, it should be replaced promptly (32 # hydraulic oil).
