Safety Operation Regulations for Aluminum Alloy Lift

Single mast aluminum alloy lift are made of high-strength and high-quality aluminum alloy materials, which have the advantages of beautiful appearance, small size, light weight, balanced lifting, safety and reliability. They are widely used in the maintenance of lighting fixtures, sunshades, and sanitation in hotels, hotels, stations, airports, theaters, exhibition halls, etc.

Safety operating procedures for single mast aluminum alloy lift:

1. Place the machine in a sturdy, level, and accessible workspace, and place the machine directly below the work area

2. Install the extended support legs and adjust the horizontal position of the machine using an O-level

3. Connect to an appropriate power source

4. Rotate the air switch inside the electrical control box to the open position

5. Check if the emergency stop switch has been reset.

6. The operator enters the work platform to operate the control box button or the ground staff operates the button on the electrical control box to control the lifting of the platform. Press the green button to raise and the red button to lower. In case of tight color, please press the red emergency brake knob to cut off the power supply of the whole machine. The buttons on the control box and electrical control box on the platform are used in parallel and have the same function.

7. If the platform cannot be electrically controlled to descend, the emergency oil drain switch can be used. Rotate counterclockwise until the platform descends, and then tighten the emergency oil drain switch clockwise after the platform descends.

Precautions for single mast aluminum alloy elevator:

1. Do not lift the platform when it is not stable, the extended legs are not properly adjusted, leveled, or the landing is not secure;

2. Do not use this machine on uneven ground;

3. Do not adjust or retract the extended legs on the platform when there are people or when they are raised;

4. Do not move the machine when the platform is raised. If you need to move, please first condense the platform and loosen the support legs;

5. Overloading is strictly prohibited;

6. Do not use this machine to lift goods or equipment. This machine is only for carrying people and tool operations;

7. Do not work outdoors in strong winds;

8. Do not forcefully push or pull objects outward during homework;

9. Do not sit, lie down, stand or climb on the platform guardrail;

10. It is strictly prohibited to stand or pile up debris under the lifting platform;

11. Do not use this machine as a grounding wire for welding;

12. Do not use this device in any foreseeable dangerous situations.
